The Company
We are a different company. Childish is designed as 50% owned by one of the meaningful NGOs in Bulgaria in the recent years – Podarete kniga / Give a Book Foundation. This means that half of the profits of the company are allocated to the foundation by right, no by discretion of the managers.
This is a thing on which we do not emphasize with our clients because our services and products are what matter for them. However, this is an important topic for all of our teammates - we are proud that our work helps other people.
Currently we are looking for a Recruiter to extend our team.
The Role
You will be expected to:
Identify potential candidates for technical roles
Maintain a network of potential candidates
Conduct interviews
Organize and supervise technical interviews conducted by the development team
Deliver feedback and correspondence to applicants/candidates
Share ideas on improving the recruiting strategies and processes
Requirements
Apply if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Like to communicate with people
Have the talent to distinguish smart, intelligent candidates
You know about the IT industry
You are not bored of evaluating other people`s profiles
Have a well maintened LinkedIn profile
Have a very good level of written and oral English
You have a maintained LinkedIn account in good health
Like the idea of working from home
